Bodhi Tree Multimedia has informed that Bodhi Tree Multimedia (the Company) has, on November 27, 2025, executed a Non-Binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Moving Images Studios (MISPL). The purpose of the MoU is to explore potential strategic collaboration between the Company and MISPL in the areas of content creation, production support, digital media projects, OTT content development and other mutually aligned media initiatives. This MoU is exploratory and non-binding in nature and does not create any financial commitment, obligation or enforceable rights for either party. Any definitive arrangement, if agreed, will be subject to necessary approvals and separate disclosure as required under applicable laws.
