EPL has informed that in terms of the provisions of Chapter XVII of the above referred Master Circular read with ‘FAQs for listing of Commercial Papers’ issued by National Stock Exchange of India and BSE, and as per the terms of allotment included in the Letter of Offer with respect to the Commercial Papers issued and allotted by the Company on September 11, 2025 (said CPs), the said CPs (aggregating to an amount of Rs 30 Crore) are due to mature on December 8, 2025. The record date will be on December 5, 2025.
