Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Nitta Gelatin India has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, vide Circular Resolution dated 28th November 2025, has accorded its approval for the appointment of Eldhose P. Kauma as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Company with effect from 01st December 2025.
