DIC India has informed that in furtherance to the disclosure filed by the Company on August 21, 2025 by DIC India regarding passing of Interim Award dated August 20, 2025 in the arbitration proceedings invoked against Agam Agochars Private Limited (Agam). Pursuant to Para B of Part A of Schedule III of Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 and SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2025/25 dated February 25, 2025, the Company wishes to disclose the details of the execution petition under Section 36 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 filed by the Company against Agam.
