With reference to the intimation dated July 19, 2025, regarding Sale of entire 100% of equity shareholding held in ICICI Prudential Pension Funds Management Company, to ICICI Bank, subject to the approval of regulatory/statutory authorities, as per applicable regulations. In continuation thereof, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company has informed that the Company has received the following intimation from ICICI Bank today, at 3:18 pm: - Reserve Bank of India has, vide its letter dated November 27, 2025 received by ICICI Bank yesterday at 6:10 p.m. accorded its approval to the Bank for the above, subject to certain conditions which include clearance from Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority.
