Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), Rachit Prints has informed about the following change in composition of the Board: Garima Moorjani, has tendered her resignation as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company vide her resignation letter dated 29th November, 2025, with effect from close of business hours on 29th November, 2025, citing that she has ‘to pursue professional goals outside the organization’. The letter of resignation received from Garima Moorjani is enclosed.
