Sirca Paints India has informed that the Company has received in-principle approval from National Stock Exchange of India dated 28th November, 2025 and BSE \dated 19th November, 2025 for listing of 1984000 Equity shares of Rs 10 each issued on preferential basis bearing distinctive numbers from 54808801 to 56792800. The Company will now proceed further on the Corporate Actions with the Depositories in consultation with the RTA followed by the Final Trading Applications with the Stock Exchanges.
