Brigade Group has signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) with a land owner to develop a premium residential project in Begumpet, one of Hyderabad’s most well-connected and established urban neighbourhoods. This aligns with Brigade’s continued focus on the Telangana market.
Spread across around 3 acres of prime land, the project will offer a development potential of around 0.5 million sq. ft., with an estimated revenue potential exceeding Rs 800 crore. Planned as a high-quality contemporary residential community, the development will feature thoughtfully designed homes to meet the lifestyle needs of modern urban families. Offering seamless access to major business hubs, social infrastructure, and transport networks, the development highlights Brigade’s commitment to thoughtfully located urban living spaces.
