Pursuant to Regulation 30, read with Para A, Part A of Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations read with Industry Standards Note on Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, HLV has informed that Savitri Yadav, has tendered her resignation from the position of Company Secretary, Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) and Nodal Officer of the Company, to pursue an alternate career opportunity outside the Organization. She tendered her resignation vide letter dated 9th September, 2025 and will be relieved from her responsibilities on 30th November, 2025. Details as required under Regulation 30 read with Para A, Part A of Schedule Ill of the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular No SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11 November 2024 along with Resignation Letter, with respect to resignation of Company Secretary, Compliance Officer and Nodal Officer are enclosed as Annexure A.
