Whirlpool of India has informed that this is with reference to intimation dated 28th October, 2025 enclosing the copy of Postal Ballot Notice dated 16th October, 2025 (‘Notice’) for seeking approval of the Members of Whirlpool of India (‘the Company’) on the following special resolution by way of remote electronic voting only (‘e-voting’): Alteration of the Articles of Association of the Company. We wish to inform you that the said special resolution has been approved by the Shareholders with requisite majority. In this regard, please find enclosed herewith the following: 1. Voting results as required under Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’); and 2. Report of Scrutinizer dated 01st December, 2025, pursuant to Section 108 and 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 and read with the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014.
