Brainbees Solutions’ material subsidiary – Globalbees Brands (Globalbees) has acquired further stake in HS Fitness, step down subsidiary of the Company. Globalbees acquired 6.49% additional shareholding from other existing shareholders of HS Fitness. Pursuant to the said acquisition, the shareholding of Globalbees has been increased from 80% to 86.49% in HS Fitness.

Brainbees Solutions offers products for mothers, babies, and Kids via its online platform 'FirstCry'.
