Accordingly, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023, an update on the pending litigation, disclosed earlier on 4th March 2025, is enclosed as ‘Annexure-1’.
