Adani Green Energy’s wholly-owned subsidiary -- Adani Renewable Energy Holding Eleven (AREH11L) has incorporated wholly-owned subsidiaries, namely, Urjasetu Renewables (URL) and Hydrobloom Power (HPL) on December 02, 2025. The main objective of URL and HPL is to generate, develop, transform, distribute, transmit, sale, supply any kind of power or electrical energy using wind energy, solar energy or other renewable sources of energy.
AREH11L holds 100% share capital of URL and HPL. URL and HPL are incorporated in India and registered with Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Ahmedabad on December 02, 2025 and is yet to commence its business operations.
Adani Green Energy builds, owns and operates power plants powered by renewable sources of energy like solar and wind.
