ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company has informed that this is with refer to letter dated April 29, 2024, with respect to an order passed under Section 73 of Andhra Pradesh Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017 by Deputy Commissioner of State Tax, Andhra Pradesh, for FY2019. Subsequently, the Company had filed an appeal before the Commissioner (Appeals). In this regard, please be informed that the Company has received an order from Additional Commissioner of State Tax, Appellate Authority, Vijayawada, on December 2, 2025 at 12.12 p.m., appeal petition is in favour of the Company and the entire demand has been set aside. The disclosure as required under Regulation 30(13) of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with the Industry Standards Note on Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations are enclosed herewith as Annexure A. They further stated and declared that the information and details provided in Annexure A, in compliance with Regulation 30(13) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, is true, correct and complete to the best of our knowledge and belief.
