PTC India Financial Services informs about postal ballot notice

In continuation to letter dated 24th November 2025 and pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, PTC Idia Financial Services has informed that it enclosed the Postal Ballot Notice together with the explanatory statement thereto, seeking consent of the Members of the company for the following items of Special Businesses: 1) Appointment of Mini Ipe (DIN:07791184) as an Independent Director and 2) Appointment of Rashmi Verma (DIN:01993918) as an Independent Director. In compliance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs from time to time, and provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations, as amended, this Postal Ballot Notice is being sent only through electronic mode to those Members whose names appear in the Register of Members/ List of Beneficial Owners received from Depositories and Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company as on the Cut-Off date i.e., Thursday, 27th November 2025. The Company has engaged the services of KFin Technologies to provide the remote e-voting facility to its members. The remote e-voting will commence on Thursday, 4th December 2025 at 9:00 am and will end on Friday, 2nd January, 2026 at 5:00 pm after which the e-voting module shall be disabled. The results of postal ballot will be declared by the Company on or before Monday, 5th January 2026.
