Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) have reduced their stake in Karnataka Bank by 6.4 percentage points to 16.45% from 22.83% in past three months. The FIIs have reduced their stake amid concerns of margins stress due to slowdown in the economy, rising non-performing assets and higher cost of funds.
