Trishakti Industries has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today 4th December, 2025, considered and approved the following: Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations, based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the appointment of Yashvi Agarwal (DIN: 11401084) as an Independent Director (Additional Director) on the Board of the Company for a term of 5 (five) consecutive years with effect from 4th December, 2025 till 3rd December, 2030 (both days inclusive), subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
