Manappuram Finance has informed that Financial Resources and Management Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Friday, December 5, 2025, has considered and approved the issuance of Secured, Non-Cumulative, Redeemable, Listed, Rated, Non-Convertible Taxable Debentures of face value of Rs. 1,00,000 (Indian Rupees one lakh only) for an aggregate amount up to Rs 500,00,00,000 (Indian Rupees Five Hundred Crores only) (Debentures) on a private placement basis.
