Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Aditya Vision has informed that a fire incident occurred at one of its warehouse attached to the store located near Shaheed Smarak, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani – 847403, Bihar. The incident took place around 11:00 pm on Thursday, December 04, 2025. The reason of the fire is yet to be ascertained. The fire was controlled but the operation of the warehouse is temporarily disrupted, however the store remains fully operational. There are no human injuries or casualties reported. There is adequate insurance coverage for aforesaid warehouse and intimation to the Insurance Company has already been made. While, the company is in process of ascertaining the actual loss caused due to the fire, the initial assessment of the loss may be approximately Rs. 1.30 crore. Any further development related to this incident will be intimated within due time. In compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and in accordance with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023, it has enclosed the details of the incident as required in Annexure A.
