Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, Life Insurance Corporation of India has informed that the Central Government, Life Insurance Corporation of India has informed that Central Government vide Notification No. eF. No. 6/2(i)/2022-BO.I dated December 03, 2025, has nominated Shalini Pandit, Joint Secretary, Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, as Government Nominee Director on the Board of the Corporation, with immediate effect and until further orders, in place of Dr. Parshant Kumar Goyal, Joint Secretary, Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, in terms of powers conferred under section 4(2)(d) of the Life Insurance Corporation Act, 1956. Consequent to the above, Dr. Parshant Kumar Goyal ceases to be the Government Nominee Director with effect from December 03, 2025. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with circulars issued thereunder, from time to time, is enclosed as Annexure - I. The copy of the notification dated December 03, 2025, is received to the Corporation on December 05, 2025 at 13:39 hrs.
