In continuation of intimation dated November 28, 2025 and pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), Kranti Industries has informed that the company has received 8 additional Purchase Orders from Armoured Vehicles Nigam Limited- Machine Tool Prototype Factory (AVNL-MTPF), a Defence Public Sector Undertaking (DPSU) under the Ministry of Defence, for machining of precision components for Defence applications. The details as required under Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 are enclosed as an Annexure 1.
