Tata Power’s Jojobera quality control team bags gold at CCQC-2013

Tata Power, India’s largest integrated power company’s - Jojobera Quality Circle (QC) team has won the prestigious gold award at Chapter Convention on Quality Circle (CCQC-2013) conducted by QCFI Durgapur, Kolkata and Rourkela Chapter held in September 2013.

All the three quality control teams - Fusion, Synergy and Tejas - bagged the coveted gold award on the basis of their performance in the case study presentation and knowledge tests. The three teams have qualified for the National Level QC competition to be held at Kolkata in the month of December 2013.

Tata Power is India's largest integrated power company with a significant international presence. The Company has an installed generation capacity of 8521 MW in India and a presence in all the segments of the power sector viz. Generation (thermal, hydro, solar and wind), Transmission, Distribution and Trading.
