In continuation of its earlier intimation given vide Letter No. RDL/006/2025-26 dated30.04.2025 and Letter No. RDL/063/2025-26 dated 09.10.2025 regarding commercial production of Jumbo size laminate sheets. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), read with Para B to the Part A of the Schedule III to the SEBI Listing Regulations, as amended from time to time, Rushil Décor has informed that the the Company has started the Commercial production of it’s Jumbo Size Laminate Sheets Project in Phase 2 at its newly set-up manufacturing plant located at Village Itla, Near Kalyanpura Patia, Gandhinagar–Mansa Road, Taluka Mansa, District Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Under Phase 2, the said unit has established additional production capacity of approximately1.6million sheets per annum (considered as 1 mm thickness basis). Accordingly, upon commissioning of both Phase 1 and Phase 2, the total installed production capacity of the Jumbo Size Laminate Sheets Unit now stands at approximately 2.8 million sheets per annum (considered on 1 mm thickness basis).
