NTPC has attached disclosure dated 09.12.2025 made by subsidiary NTPC Green Energy titled ‘Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015’ regarding declaration of COD of part capacity of 6.6 MW (Wind) by a group company of its subsidiary NTPC Green Energy with effect from 11.12.2025.
