Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders rises on inking MoU with Brazilian Navy and Indian Navy

Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders is currently trading at Rs. 2454.60, up by 15.40 points or 0.63% from its previous closing of Rs. 2439.20 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 2455.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2477.00 and Rs. 2446.00 respectively. So far 33939 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 3778.00 on 29-May-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1917.95 on 19-Feb-2025.

Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Brazilian Navy and the Indian Navy on December 09, 2025, for maintenance of Scorpene class submarines and other military ships. The MoU inter alia covers the cooperation areas like procurement opportunities, exchange of experiences in defense industries, partnerships in research, development and technological innovation.
