Kansai Nerolac Paints has received approval from Board of Directors for sale of the Company’s entire stake of 60% of the total equity share capital of Kansai Paints Lanka, the Company’s subsidiary in Sri Lanka, to Atire, a Sri Lankan entity. The Company will be executing an Agreement for the sale of its stake.
Kansai Paints Lanka is not a material subsidiary of the Company. Post execution of the Agreement, Kansai Paints Lanka shall cease to be a subsidiary of the Company. The Board of Directors of the Company, in its meeting held on December 11, 2025 has approved the same.
