Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations, Vedanta has informed that, Hindustan Zinc (‘HZL’), a subsidiary of Company, has made disclosure as required under Clause 20 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations for levy of penalty by the Office of the Assistant Commissioner Central Goods and Services Tax Division-Rudrapur. The same has been intimated by HZL to the Stock Exchanges on December 14, 2025, at 03:10 pm (IST).
