Uno Minda has completed acquisition of 1,18,26,300 equity shares i.e., 49.90% equity stake from Buehler Motor GmbH, Germany (Buehler) in Uno Minda Buehler Motor (UMBM), Subsidiary of the Company. With this, UMBM has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
Uno Minda is engaged in the business of manufacturing of auto components including auto electrical parts and its accessories and caters to both domestic and international markets.
