Belrise Industries has informed that pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) namely Belrise SDM, having its registered office at 1 Place de la Gare, 59000 Lille, France, which consequently is a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The share capital of Belrise SDM has been subscribed on December 15, 2025, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the country of incorporation. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, with respect to the above incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary is given in Annexure enclosed.
