PBM Polytex has informed that the Company has sold land admeasuring approx. 11800 square meters bearing Survey no. 227, 228 and 229, situated at Village- Saoner, Taluka Saoner, District- Nagpur, Maharashtra, for a consideration of Rs. 6.22 Crores. The proposal to sell the said land was approved by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 14th November 2025. Further, the sale of land does not constitute as an undertaking or substantially the whole of the undertaking of the Company in terms of Section 180(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013. The company has enclosed the details of the aforesaid matter as prescribed under SEBI (LODR), 2015 read with SEBI circular No. SEBI/ HO/ CFD/ CFD-PoD1/ P/ CIR/ 2023/ 123 dated 13th July 2023 as Annexure –I.
