Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Valplast Technologies has informed that Manisha Kide (DIN: 10234211), Independent Director of the Company, has tendered her resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company vide her resignation letter dated December 18, 2025, with effect from the closure of business hours on Thursday, December 18, 2025, due to personal reasons and other professional commitments. Accordingly, Manish Kide shall also cease to be the Chairperson/ Member of all the Committees at Valplast technologies, wherein She was a Chairperson/ Member. The disclosure required under SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023 /123 dated July 13, 2023 and SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 is enclosed as Annexure A.
