Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy has informed that the order has been issued by Additional Commissioner, CGST, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh towards shortfall of taxes and mismatch of input tax for the period April 2018 to March 2023 aggregating to ~ INR 2.96 crores excluding penalty and applicable interest. It is covered under indemnity agreement entered between the Company, Reliance New Energy, Shapoorji Pallonji and Co.Private and Khurshed Daruvala. The company is in the process of evaluating the order and deciding on the future course of action.
