Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Kundan minerals & metals has informed that, the Hon’ble Regional Director, Northern Region, Kolkata, West Bengal vide its order dated December 19, 2025 received on December 19, 2025 had approved: a) The Shifting of Registered Office of the Company from State of Bihar (within the jurisdiction of Registrar of Companies, Patna) to State of Delhi (within the jurisdiction of Registrar of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana). b) to alter the Clause II of Memorandum of Association of the Company. Pursuant to the above, the Company is allowed to alter the Clause II of the Memorandum of Association of the Company to effect the above change and further developments in this regard will be intimated to the Stock Exchange from time to time. Brief details as required under Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD2/P/CIR/0155/123 dated November 11, 2024, are annexed as Annexure A.
