In further to its earlier intimation(s) dated December 8, 2025 & December 12, 2025, Dr. Lal PathLabs has informed that the Board of Directors through circular resolution today, Monday, December 22, 2025, allotted 8,37,75,510 fully paid-up bonus equity shares of face value of INR 10/- each, in proportion of 1:1; One new fully paid-up equity share of face value of INR 10/- each for every One existing fully paid-up equity share of face value of INR 10/- each, to eligible Members of the Company, whose names appeared in the Register of Members of the Company/ List of the Beneficial Owners as on Friday, December 19, 2025 i.e. Record Date, fixed for this purpose. Consequent to the above allotment, paid-up equity share capital of the Company increased to INR 1,67,55,10,200/- divided into 16,75,51,020 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of INR 10/- each. The Bonus Shares so allotted shall rank in all respect with the existing fully paid-up equity shares of the Company.
