REC’s wholly owned subsidiary -- REC Power Development and Consultancy has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary namely ‘Musalgaon Power Transmission’ on December 20, 2025. The new entity has been incorporated for the establishment of 220/132/33 kV AIS in Musalgaon, Nashik.
REC is engaged in providing financial assistance to state electricity boards, state government departments and rural electric cooperatives for rural electrification projects as are sponsored by them.
