Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives of the Company, Amines & Plasticizers has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives from January 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting wherein, the consideration and approval of Unaudited (Standalone & Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine months ending December 31, 2025 (‘Results’), would be considered by the Board. Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives of the Company are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of the Trading Window. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for the consideration of the Results will be intimated separately in due course.
