In reference to earlier intimation dated 18.06.2025 regarding the Show Cause Notice issued to the Company by the Assistant Commissioner of State Tax, Gujarat, alleging discrepancies in GST for the tax period 2021-22 and aggregate demand of ? 84,24,954 towards short payment of GST, interest and penalty under Section 74(5) of the CGST/SGST Act, Enviro Infra Engineers has informed that the Company had duly submitted its detailed reply, along with requisite clarifications and supporting documents, to the Department within the prescribed timeline. Upon examination of the submissions made by the Company, the GST Department, vide its Order Ref No. ZD241225099242H dated 20.12.2025, has dropped the proceedings initiated against the Company. Accordingly, the matter stands fully concluded, and no demand, penalty, or interest is payable by the Company in this regard.
