Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, read with Schedule B thereof, and Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20, National Plastic Industries has informed that the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st January, 2026. The trading window shall re-open after 48 hours from the declaration of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2025, as approved by the Board of Directors and disclosed to the Stock Exchange.
