In terms of provisions of Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and in terms of Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, Arkade Developers has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain close for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, from January 01, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter ended on December 31, 2025. The date of Board Meeting to be held for considering and approving the unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 shall be intimated in due course. Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the Trading Window Closure Period.
