With reference to its Board Outcome dated 12th November, 2025 relating to incorporation of a Wholly-owned subsidiary Company and pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), EQUIPPP Social Impact Technologies has informed that, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs has approved incorporation of Wholly Owned subsidiary Company ‘P4 GOODS AND SERVICES’ on 22nd December, 2025. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, has issued a Certificate of Incorporation for the same. The relevant details as required under the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated December 31, 2024 (collectively referred to as ‘SEBI Circulars’) are enclosed as Annexure - A.
