Adani Energy Solutions’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Adani Transmission Step-One has incorporated a subsidiary company in the name of ‘ATSOL Global IFSC’ at GIFT City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, on December 22, 2025. The new entity has been incorporated to carry out the activities of Global Treasury Centre, as permitted under the IFSCA (Finance Company) Regulations, 2021.

Adani Energy Solutions (formerly known as Adani Transmission) is the transmission business arm of the Adani Group, one of India’s largest business conglomerates.
