TV Vision has informed that the Company has received a demand notice dated December 22, 2025 from Swami Films Entertainment, claiming to be operational creditor, under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, alleging an outstanding amount of INR 4,90,18,219. The Company is currently examining the contents of the notice and shall take appropriate steps in accordance with applicable legal provisions. The Company reserves its right to dispute the claims raised therein and/or take such action as may be advised. This disclosure is being made as the receipt of the aforesaid notice is considered material and may have an impact on the operations and financial position of the Company.
