Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), in continuation of its intimation dated November 24, 2025, ACME Solar Holdings has informed that the Company has been issued a letter of award by REMC to set up a 130 MW Renewable Energy Round-the-Clock power project. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular bearing Ref. No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, are enclosed as Annexure-A.
