Tamil Nadu Newsprint & Papers has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations) Amendment, 2018 and clarification issued by BSE and NSE vide its circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 and circular no. NSE/CML/2019/11 respectively dated 2 nd April, 2019, the trading window for the purpose of dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed from 1st January, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the company for the quarter ending 31st December, 2025.
