Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, Sahyadri Industries has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, 1st January, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2025. Accordingly, all Designated persons and their Immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
