The wholly owned subsidiary has been incorporated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, to establish a local presence in GCC countries and improve supply chain efficiencies. The proposed initial capital of the wholly owned subsidiary will be in the form of cash.
Fine Organic Industries produces a wide range of specialty plant derived oleochemical -based additives used in food, plastic, cosmetics, paint, ink, coatings and other specialty application in various industries.
