Pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended (‘SEBI PIT Regulations’), and the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons (‘Code’) of the company, Bajel Projects has informed that the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall be closed from January 1, 2026, for the Designated Persons, their Immediate Relatives, and for the Connected Persons of the Company. The same will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement by the Company of its unaudited financial results for the third quarter ending on December 31, 2025.
