Pursuant to the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons in the Securities of the Company framed pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Orient Electric has informed that he trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company by Designated Persons (including their immediate relatives and any other person for whom they take trading decisions), is closed from January 01, 2026 and shall remain so closed till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting for approval of the aforesaid Un-Audited Financial Results shall be intimated in due course.
