IIRM Holdings India has informed that pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons, Insiders and their immediate relatives in connection with the consideration of Unaudited Financial Results (standalone & Consolidated) for the Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2025, as per the details enclosed. Trading Window Closure is from January 01, 2026. The Trading Window shall re-open after the expiry of 48 hours from the date of declaration of the said financial results, as may be approved by the Board of Directors of the Company. The date of the meeting of the Board of Directors to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2025, will be intimated in due course.
