Bank of India raises Rs 10,000 crore via Bonds

Bank of India has raised Rs 10,000 crore through the allotment of Unsecured, Subordinated, Redeemable, Non-Convertible, Taxable, listed, fully paid-up Long Term Bonds (Infrastructure) Series IV in the nature of debentures of face value of Rs 1 lakh each (the Bonds). The bonds have a coupon rate of 7.23 per cent per annum.

Bank of India offers wide range of services such as Personal banking, Corporate, Rural, MSME, Retail, NRI services, Cards/ATM etc.
